The purpose of the Park LaBrea Residents Association (PLBRA) is to protect residents’ rights, to provide a viable liaison with Park La Brea Management, and to contribute to enhancing the quality of life in our community. PLBRA represents the residents of Park LaBrea.
Skateboarding at Park La Brea
Skateboarding, Razor scooters, in-line skates are all favorites of small and large children here at Park La Brea.
On the one hand, it's great that all these kids are having fun and exercising, rather than sitting in front of the TV or the Game console; on the other hand, the sidewalk space they use is also used by ordinary walking pedestrians, and the street space by cars.
